Control & approvals: Keep owner dates subject to confirmed bookings; property-specific spend limits and approval for larger non-emergency work.
Time & local presence: Local coordination reduces daily owner involvement; readiness and owner approvals still matter.
Cost & boundaries: One BCH service: 30% of net accommodation after the platform host fee. Owner keeps 70%, before property costs and tax. Cleaning passes through separately.
